1. Membership

2. Booking and Payments

• All trip payments must be made in full by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

• Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Any additional costs (e.g., optional activities, upgrades) will be clearly communicated before booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• General Trip Cancellation:

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific trip or service. These details will be provided at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, please notify Earthenjoy Travel Club as soon as possible to determine any applicable refunds or penalties.

• Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Third-Party Bookings:

Any flights, tours, accommodations, or activities booked through a separate company are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of that third-party provider.

• Should any unforeseen changes or cancellations arise, Earthenjoy Travel Club will not be responsible for processing refunds or rescheduling.

• Members must contact the third-party company directly to address cancellations, refunds, or changes.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, Earthenjoy Travel Club will do its best to assist in rescheduling or modifying plans. However, refunds for third-party services will be subject to the policies of the respective providers.

• Travel Insurance:

It is highly recommended that members purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or other unexpected disruptions.

4. Travel Documentation

• Members are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

• Earthenjoy Travel Club is not liable for denied entry or additional costs due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Health and Safety

• Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected activities.

• It is recommended that members obtain travel insurance to cover health, accidents, and trip cancellations.

• Earthenjoy Travel Club will not be held liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during travel.

6. Changes to Itineraries

• While we strive to adhere to planned itineraries, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, local conditions).

• Earthenjoy Travel Club reserves the right to make adjustments to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

7. Liability

• Earthenjoy Travel Club acts as a travel planner and advisor. We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, or tour operators. Furthermore, Earthenjoy Travel Club is not liable for our travel clients before, during and after their trip.

• Any disputes with third-party vendors must be resolved directly with them.

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during membership registration or trip planning will be used solely for providing travel services.

• We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without consent.

10. Amendments
